U.S. DELIVERY
Complimentary UPS shipping is included for U.S. orders unless otherwise stated in the listing or commission agreement. International shipping is quoted individually.
TIMING
The estimated dispatch window is confirmed in the listing or in writing before purchase. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched after payment clears and packing is complete. Commissioned work ships after final photographs have been approved. If an unforeseen delay changes the promised shipping date, you will be notified promptly and may cancel before shipment for a full refund.
PAYMENT
Purchases and commission payments are securely processed through Etsy using the payment methods available at checkout.
PACKAGING & ARRIVAL
FULLY ASSEMBLED
Each piece is carefully packed in my Florida studio and ships fully assembled. Large or especially delicate works may travel in a custom-built crate. Tracking is provided when the order leaves the studio.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please inspect the package before discarding any materials. If damage is visible, contact me within 48 hours whenever possible and send photographs of: (1) the unopened exterior package with the shipping label, (2) the interior packing materials, and (3) the piece immediately after unpacking. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. I will work with you and the carrier on the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their destination country. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
LOCAL PICKUP
Pickup in Windermere, Florida, is available by appointment. Please contact me before purchasing so any applicable delivery adjustment can be discussed.
