READY-TO-SHIP WORK

 

A return may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please contact me before sending anything back; unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

 

The piece must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and protective packaging. The buyer is responsible for secure repacking, insured return shipping, and tracking. A refund of the item purchase price will be issued after the piece is received and inspected. Expedited, international, or other separately charged delivery services are non-refundable. Loss or damage during return transit may reduce the refund.

FINAL SALE

 

Commissioned, customized, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for one collector and are final sale. Natural variations and subtle differences that result from hand painting, hand finishing, solid wood, and artisan processes are part of the work and are not defects.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, a commissioned or made-to-order piece cannot be canceled once design work, material purchasing, or construction has begun.

 

DAMAGE OR ERROR

 

Damage in transit, loss, or an item that materially differs from the approved order is handled separately from a voluntary return. Please contact me promptly and, for shipping damage, within 48 hours whenever possible. Keep the piece and all packaging and provide the requested photographs before returning anything.
